Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are always 100% satisfied with your order, and your experience with anabolickart.com. If you ever want to return an item that you've opened or used, we can almost always offer an in-store credit or provide a replacement item. To process the return, contact our Customer Service team by phone, email, or chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please provide us with your name, the order number, the reason for returning the product, and if you prefer a replacement item or an in-store credit.

Next, send the item in a carefully packed box to the same warehouse that shipped the package with "Attention: Returns" on the address label. We currently have four different warehouses. To determine which warehouse shipped your package, look at the top left corner of the packing label on the outside of box or on the packing slip sent inside of box. To find the address for each warehouse location, visit our warehouse locations page.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information when returning the item to our warehouse so you can be sure it arrives safely. Sorry, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.

If you ordered the item more than 45 days ago, you can still return the products for an in-store credit, but we charge a 25% re-stocking fee. If you placed the order for the item more than six months ago, unfortunately we are unable to accept the return.

Domestic Customers: When you are expecting a refund from us for any reason, it will be processed within 2-5 business days. If you paid by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, it may take up to 5 business days before the refund is reflected on your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used for the original purchase. If this account is closed, or if the card used has since expired, you will be refunded with a cashier's check via mail. If you paid by wire transfer, the refund should arrive by mail to your shipping address via cashier's check within 7-14 business days. We work very hard to ensure you receive your refund quickly.

If you have further questions, contact us by phone, email, or chat, 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Within twenty minutes of submitting your order, our warehouse is picking and packing your items. After we have started picking the order, we are unable to make any edits or cancel your order.

If your order has already shipped, sorry, but it is too late to cancel the order. After the order arrives, return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee. For more information, check out our Returns section.

If your order has not shipped, call us anytime, and we will cancel the order for you right away.
